Methodology

Skill Development Programs from People Talents is led by a technologist with 20 years IT industry experience (founding member and technical consulting director of his previous company, Oracle Solution Services India), are uniquely designed for providing greater and high-end job opportunities to the candidates by building skills and expertise required by IT industry.

A complete practical and project oriented skill development program aims at overall improvement in the candidate both in technical and non-technical areas and helps to build abilities of self-learning, application of technology, analysis and design, quality and standards, communication and build a can-do attitude, which are key necessities of IT industry.

This program is available for both corporate and individual customers.

Skill Development Methology

The course will be delivered through:

• Class Room Trainings, Exercises and Case Studies, Projects (at least 3 projects)
• Presentations from the participants and group discussions
• Site visit (if possible), external workshops (at least 1)
• Skill Assessments through interactions and review of deliverables.

Facilities:-

• Individual work stations, Books and Materials, Internet Access
• Training room with projector
• Library of books/CDs
• One trainer/facilitator will be assigned to each batch taking the full ownership.
• Access to consultants with real work experience is added advantage.
• Candidates will be working in corporate environment.
